When it’s time to repaint, you’re already working with a team that knows your property inside and out. And because we’re under contract month-to-month, maintenance issues are handled proactively and warranties are honored as part of ongoing care
ABOUT PME COMMUNITY SERVICES
PME Community Services was founded by Adam Silversmith, a maintenance professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience and more than 12 years as an HOA board member. That combination provides a clear understanding of how community maintenance impacts both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
For many HOAs, maintenance costs are difficult to control. Unpredictable vandalism, illegal dumping, and bulk item removal often trigger additional fees, emergency quotes, and unplanned approvals, making accurate budgeting a constant challenge.
